It is important
to eat a good breakfast. We need energy
in the morning. A good breakfast includes fruit, milk and toast or cereal.
For lunch and dinner we need to eat
lots of different foods to get a variety of nutrients. Lunch and dinner should
always include carbohydrates, vegetables and meat or fish.
We need to eat
healthy snacks during the
day, for example a sandwich, a piece of fruit or some milk.
